Warranty Policy
All Luminics products come with a Limited Ninety (90) day warranty from the invoice date of purchase. Luminics products are warranted to protect everyone from manufacturer’s defects, but not from shipping damages, negligent misuse, or improper installation. In order to file for a warranty claim, an RMA form must be completely filled and an RMA number must be issued prior to sending the defective bulbs back. If for any reason, the RMA form is missing information when faxed or emailed in, an RMA number will not be issued. All returns not having an RMA number will be refused or discarded. It is your responsibility to receive an RMA number. All bulbs returned must be in its original packaging, must contain two (2) defective bulbs, and be deemed a manufacturer’s defect and not a defect due to misuse, improper installation, or shipping damage. All claims that do not meet these requirements will be refused and/or discarded.

Exchanges or refunds will be allowed only within 14 calendar days from the invoice date. All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in its’ original re-saleable packaging. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on merchandise showing signs of damage such as scratches or defects, or the slightest signs of installation or mounting. RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION must be issued before any returns can be made. All returns must be received by LuminicsUSA within 10 working days after a return authorization has been issued. A Return Merchandise Authorization does not imply a replacement or refund; LuminicsUSA must inspect the merchandise based on the exchange/refund claim and decide whether the return or exchange is acceptable. Return freight charges and insurance must be paid by the original buyer. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. A photocopy of the invoice showing the invoice number must accompany the return package along with a written explanation for the return and a contact phone number. It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify the correct size and application of the parts before installation. All approved refunds will be paid by crediting the original buyer’s credit card. A 20 percent restocking fee will be applied to all authorized returns.
