Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped using Fed Ex Service to ensure safe handling and timely delivery of all Luminics products.
All orders are packed carefully and thoroughly to prevent damages during transit. If a visible damaged does occur during transit, the recipient, must report and indicate all damages to the shipping courier and to Luminics USA within three (3) days of the delivery date. Damages not reported with three (3) business days of the delivery date will not qualify for a claim with Luminics USA. It is the buyer’s responsibility to report and damages to the shipping courier and to Luminics USA for any type of replacement. All orders containing only decals will go out USPS Priority with Signature Confirmation. (Note: All orders from Alaska & Hawaii will go out USPS!!!)
