Q: How many bulbs or harnesses come in a package?
A: Each package contains two bulbs or two harnesses. All items are sold in pairs. In the shopping cart, if you select quantity one (1), you will be getting two pieces of each product.
Q: What's the difference between the Krypton Series and the Traditional Series?
A: The Krypton Series bulbs use a glass tube that measures 24mm in diameter whereas the Traditional Series bulbs use a glass tube that measures 17mm in diameter. As the glass tube is increased in size, the bulb now has a greater surface area on the outside of the tube which allows the bulb to produce more color when it is turned on. The Krypton Series glass tube also has a larger volume inside of the glass tube compared to the Traditional Series allowing it to hold more gas resulting in a bulb that emits a brighter output.
Q: Why are the Krypton Series bulbs not available in the application I need for my car.
A: Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to manufacture certain bulbs (i.e. H1, H3, 881) with a large glass tube. The structural integrity of the bulb will be compromised if we were to attempt assembly for these particular application.
Q: Do I have to purchase the wire harness?
A: The wire harnesses are not necessary for installation. The bulbs are designed to be a plug and play installation. However, the wire harnesses that we offer are also plug and play where one end is male and the other end is female. One end of our wire harness plugs right into the bulb, and the other end plugs right into the factory wiring harness. Our upgraded wire harness is designed to protect the "factory wiring harness" from and damages any aftermarket bulb may cause.
Q: How much is shipping?

Shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $25.00 If you are outside of Canada or the United States, please contact info@LuminicsUSA.com for a shipping quote.
Q: I just bought an aftermarket headlamp assembly for my vehicle. How do I know which bulbs will fit my car?
A: We only have a reference guide for bulbs used in a OEM or factory headlamp assembly. If you have purchased an aftermarket headlamp assembly, you will need to determine which bulbs you will need by removing the bulb from your aftermarket headlamp assembly. There will be an application marked on the bulb you remove from your new headlamp assembly.
NOTE: Aftermarket headlamp's may or may not use the same bulb as the factory headlamp assembly. It is the your responsibility to determine which bulb you need prior to purchasing from our website.
